What can you do with GeoInsight?

All of the components in the map document are interactively linked. With a click of the popup under the fruit picture, the content of the picture, the fruit description text, and the spreadsheet data change to the selected fruit production. Most importantly, the thematic map is changed to reflect the number of boxes of the selected fruit produced.

Did the creation of the link between the database and the map require an entire afternoon? In a word, no. Because in GeoInsight the county polygons know what county they are, the link is as simple as drag copying the spreadsheets columns over the map.
